Why the Bad Stuff Sticks:

How to Train Your Brain to Notice More of the Good

Free Virtual Meditation Workshop

Ever notice how one frustrating moment can stick with you—even when plenty of good things happened that day too? There’s a reason for that.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the brain’s natural negativity bias, how our repeated patterns of attention can shape our experience, and how neuroplasticity gives us the ability to practice something different. Through mindfulness, savoring, and other simple practices, we’ll explore ways to become better at noticing and taking in the good—not by ignoring what’s difficult, but by creating a more balanced experience of your life.

You'll leave with practical tools for helping the good moments register, linger, and matter a little more.
